CREDIT ADVANCE

AutoCredit

Real-time credit advance solution that helps prepaid telcos keep eligible subscribers connected when their balance runs low — while creating incremental usage and monetisation opportunities from the existing prepaid base.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

AutoCredit enables prepaid telcos to offer eligible subscribers an instant airtime or data advance when their available balance is insufficient, allowing them to continue using the service before their next top-up.

The platform uses behavioural signals such as top-up history, usage patterns and repayment behaviour to assess eligibility and determine an appropriate advance amount in real time — extending credit access beyond customers with conventional credit histories.

Once an advance is granted, the lifecycle is automated from decisioning and advance management through repayment recovery from subsequent top-ups and ongoing portfolio monitoring. AutoCredit is designed to operate at the transaction volumes required by large prepaid networks.

KEY BENEFITS

Unlock more value from the prepaid base. Create incremental usage and monetisation opportunities from subscribers who temporarily have insufficient balance but demonstrate suitable repayment behaviour.

Keep subscribers connected at the moment of need. Give eligible subscribers immediate access to airtime or data instead of requiring them to stop usage until their next recharge.

Automate from decision to recovery. Eligibility, advance amounts and repayment recovery are managed through configurable programme rules and automated workflows with minimal manual intervention.

Proven at national prepaid scale. Built from real operating experience across millions of subscriber profiles and hundreds of millions of credit advances.
